At Balmain Balm, we are committed to ensuring you love your candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below:
Returns
1. Eligibility:
• Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged candles only.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Process:
• Contact us at balmainbalm@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and your preferred replacement.
• Once approved, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Used or lit candles.
• Customised or personalized orders.
• Sale or clearance items.
